WISE COACH™ Certification
Communication Foundations
Cost $1380
This course is designed to introduce the veterinarian to WISE COACH™ consultation tools. Through a blended approach, including written content, video modules, and live online training, we will introduce you to the simple steps of WISE COACH™, help you gain familiarity and comfort with the tools, and practice putting the model into action.
This course includes:
- 2 hours of video presentations + companion written material
- 1 hour of WISE COACH™ consultation video demonstrations
- Printable copy of the WISE COACH™ model for reference
- 8 hours of live online small group interactive training + a personalized feedback session at the conclusion of the course
This program has been submitted, but is not yet approved, for 10 hours of RACE-approved CE credit.

WISE COACH™ Pro Certification
Challenging Communication Situations in Practice
Cost $950
In this course, you will build on the fundamentals learned in the Communication Foundations course by applying WISE COACH™ consultation skills to challenging communication situations in practice. Our goal is for you to leave with increased confidence in dealing with challenges such as euthanasia, grieving clients, angry clients, skeptical clients, and more. This course will add to the tools in your toolbox that you can start immediately implementing to confidently navigate these challenges and more.
This course includes:
- 2 hours of video presentations + companion written material
- 1.5 hours of WISE COACH™ consultation video demonstrations
- 6 hours of live online small group interactive training (4 hours with actor clients)
